 Most items shown in our online catalog include free shipping in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Your address must be accessible to semi-trailer trucks & have a dock for non-UPS size shipments.

 Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international customers are welcome to contact us for a freight quotation. APO/FPO orders subject to acceptance and USPS weight/size limits.


 Items identified as "truck shipment" include loading dock / tailgate delivery only and address must be accessible to a full-size semi-trailer, Freight companies are not required to transport freight off their trucks and into buildings or homes.

 Please note that, like any retailer or distributor shipping nationwide, OFP ships via national and regional parcel, freight and moving companies. OFP will not accept returns or cancellations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies. Although we use the largest and most well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or damages to the customer's premises. Cancellations after shipment are not accepted. Please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Remember, title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier.When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For large items or items shipped assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not delay -- time is of the essence. Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Please report the damage to us immediately if the item is an assembled piece or if the damage involves a part that can't be replaced. We are unable to provide large parts or replacements free of charge if the damage has not been noted by you or the driver on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Terms of Sale: Payment in advance will be required. We do accept most major credit cards. In order to keep our pricing, the lowest in the country, we will charge a 2.5% convenience fee for MasterCard, Visa and Discover transactions, and 3% for American Express transactions. These fees are subject to change.

 Service Policy: We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service. When you submit an order with us, we begin processing your order immediately. Most orders submitted before 2pm EST ship next day. Because of how fast we process your order, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modifications once an order is submitted. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and we thank you for your business!

 Returned Goods: Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return. The merchandise and cartons must be in "NEW" condition upon receipt in our warehouse.

 All returned products will be subject to a25% restocking fee and the return shipping fees.

 Shipping Information: OFP offers free shipping for all Flash Furniture Brand product. Standard shipping for Flash Furniture product is Dock-to-Dock service only. If you require any additional services, such as a liftgate or inside delivery, additional charges will apply.


  • Products contained in our FOB Sections will ship FOB.
  • Shipments to Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and all other areas of New York City will ship FOB only.
  • Shipments sent to subsidiary islands within the contiguous United States may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Freight rates obtained from this website are subject to verification before orders are processed. In rare circumstances, additional freight charge may be necessary due to unique shipment characteristics and circumstances. We will contact you before processing your order if there are any issues.
  •  At OFP, we pride ourselves on having one of the quickest, most efficient shipping programs in the nation. Fast, economical shipping is one of many assets that set us aside from our competition. Just like everyone else in the furniture industry, OFB Flash Furniture Brand ships out FOB Origin which means once a shipment is in the carrier's hands, it is the consignee's responsibility to inspect the shipment before signing for receipt of it. Solely providing a signature on the paperwork the driver presents at the time of delivery confirms you are signing that you have received the shipment completed and in good order.

 We recommend that all our valued customers thoroughly inspect shipments at the time of delivery. Any abnormalities, shortages, or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. All boxes should be opened for inspection and pieces counted to ensure a complete delivery. Make the driver wait while you review the shipment and notate any damage on the delivery receipt; write "DRIVER REFUSED INSPECTION" when signing the delivery receipt in the unlikely event a driver will not wait. Failure to notate the delivery receipt at the time of delivery terminates any and all claims that can be filed on damaged merchandise.

 Our warehouse staff takes great care in shipping our merchandise to minimize the risk of freight damage. We continually refine our outbound shipping process and ensure that we include sufficient packaging, corner boards where necessary, and no pallet overhang. We’ve included some examples of our outbound shipments as examples of the quality and care we take in processing our orders.

Global - Enwork-Integra products are made to order, and unless a return is approved because of damaged noted at time of delivery, or because of a warranty issue. The product from these -3- manufacturers cannot be returned
